Tuition and payment

Honest pricing, itemized in full.

We believe you should see every cost before you sign anything. Our published pricing is being finalized now; every figure below is a clearly marked placeholder until it is confirmed in the official school catalog. When it is published, the number you see is the number you pay.

Ways to pay

Three ways to make it work.

Cost should not be the reason you never start. Talk to us before you decide the program is out of reach; in most cases we can find an arrangement that fits.

01

Pay in full

Pay the full program cost at enrollment and you are done thinking about it. One payment, no balance to track while you study.

02

Installment plan

Spread your tuition across the length of your program in scheduled payments. Exact installment terms, amounts, and schedules will be published in the school catalog [VERIFY]; we review the full plan with you before you sign.

03

Employer sponsorship

Some employers, especially home care agencies and long-term care facilities, pay for CNA training for their staff or new hires. If your employer sponsors training, we work directly with them on enrollment and billing. Ask your employer, or ask us how to start that conversation.

Your rights

You have the right to cancel, withdraw, and be refunded.

California law protects students who cancel their enrollment or withdraw from a program. Before you pay anything, read our refund policy so you know exactly where you stand.

Next step

Talk numbers with a real person.

Call us and we will walk through the costs, the payment options, and your situation, with no pressure and no scripts.
